Clinical Supervision in Hertfordshire

I offer specialist clinical supervision in mental health and long-term health conditions. As a Clinical psychologist I worked in the NHS for 20 years, 8 years of which were at Consultant grade. Within these settings I focused on developing and leading psychological services in an array of physical health specialities: respiratory, diabetes, haematology, functional symptoms and dentistry.  Latterly I was the clinical lead for Integration and as a result I specialise in the integration of physical and mental health, and the development of psychological services aimed at bridging this gap.

As a clinician, I have 14 years’ experience as a clinical supervisor within a variety of settings. My primary models within my therapy work would be Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Re-processing (EMDR) and it is these that I draw on in supervision. I offer a warm, down-to-earth supervision style with a touch of humour.

Individual Clinical supervision costs £150 per hour and can be offered in person or online.

Small group supervision focused within speciality (e.g diabetes psychologists) costs £80 for 1.5 hours.
